## General

    ParkSig is a parking sign permit management platform that lets you digitally manage permits for your parking locations.

    Go to the login page and click **Forgot password**. You'll receive a reset
    link at your registered email address.

    business day.

  <Accordion title="Can multiple team members access the same account?">
    Yes. Account owners and admins can invite team members under **Settings > Team Management**. See [Settings](/parksig/settings) for role details.

## Billing

  <Accordion title="How am I billed?">
    ParkSig uses a subscription model billed monthly or annually. See your plan details under **Settings > Billing & Invoices**.

  <Accordion title="Can I cancel at any time?">
    Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from **Settings > Billing & Invoices**. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

  <Accordion title="What payment methods do you accept?">
    ParkSig accepts all major credit cards. Payment is processed securely through
    Stripe.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I update my payment information?">
    Go to **Settings > Billing & Invoices** and click **Manage Billing**. This opens Stripe's secure billing portal where you can update your payment method.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?">
    Yes. Go to **Settings > Billing & Invoices** and click **Manage Billing** to change your plan.
