# Visitor registrations

> View and manage all visitor parking registrations

The **Visitor Registrations** page lists every registered visitor across your parking locations. From here you can search registrations, filter by category, export results to Excel, and register new visitors.

## Viewing registrations

The page displays all visitors in a table with their associated parking information. Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to navigate between pages and adjust how many results appear per page.

## Searching registrations

Use the search bar to filter registrations. You can narrow results by selecting a search category:

| Category             | Description                             |
| -------------------- | --------------------------------------- |
| **All** | Searches across all fields. |
| **Car** | Filters by vehicle make or model. |
| **License plate** | Filters by license plate number. |
| **Parking location** | Filters by a specific parking location. |

To clear an active search, click the clear button next to the search bar.

## Registering a visitor

Users with location management permissions see a **Register Visitor** button in the top-right corner. Click it to open the registration dialog and enter the visitor's vehicle and parking details.

If you do not see this button, you do not have permission to manage locations.

## Exporting registrations to Excel

Account owners and admins see an **Export to Excel** button in the top-right corner, next to **Register Visitor**. Click it to open the export dialog.

In the export dialog, you can filter exported rows by:

* Registration date
* Parking location
* Status

For registration date, you can choose **Today**, **Yesterday**, **Last 7 days**, **Last 30 days**, **This month**, **Last month**, or **Custom...**.

If you choose **Custom...**, you must enter both **From** and **To** dates before you can export. The **From** date must be before or equal to the **To** date.

If you do not see **Export to Excel**, your account role does not have export permission.
