Dashboard - PaperGravity Docs

The dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in to ParkSig. It gives you a live summary of your parking locations and current activity.

Stats overview

Three summary cards appear at the top of the dashboard.

Card	What it shows
Total locations	The number of parking locations in your account.
Total parking spaces	The combined capacity across all locations, including how many spaces are currently available.
Current occupancy	The overall occupancy percentage and how many spaces are occupied right now.

Monthly occupancy chart

Below the stats cards, a chart displays occupancy trends over the past several months. Use this to spot patterns in parking demand across your locations. The chart only appears once you have permit activity recorded.

Recent activity

The recent activity feed shows the latest permit events across your locations, such as new registrations and expirations. This gives you a quick pulse on day-to-day activity without navigating into individual locations.

Location actions

If no parking locations have been created yet, the dashboard shows a prompt to create your first location. Once locations exist, use View all locations from the Total Locations card to navigate to the full locations list.
