The Visitor Registrations page lists every registered visitor across your parking locations. From here you can search registrations, filter by category, and register new visitors.

Viewing registrations

The page displays all visitors in a table with their associated parking information. Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to navigate between pages and adjust how many results appear per page.

Searching registrations

Use the search bar to filter registrations. You can narrow results by selecting a search category:
CategoryDescription
AllSearches across all fields.
CarFilters by vehicle make or model.
License plateFilters by license plate number.
Parking locationFilters by a specific parking location.
To clear an active search, click the clear button next to the search bar.

Registering a visitor

Users with location management permissions see a Register Visitor button in the top-right corner. Click it to open the registration dialog and enter the visitor’s vehicle and parking details. If you do not see this button, you do not have permission to manage locations.
