The Parking Locations page lists every location in your account. From here you can review availability, check rates and features, and navigate to a location’s details or settings.

Viewing locations

Each location appears as a card showing:

Availability colors

The availability bar changes color based on how full the location is.

Opening a location

From any location card, click View Details to open the full location page. This shows permits, activity, and additional configuration.

Editing a location

If you have permission to manage locations, an Edit button appears on each card. Click it to update the location’s name, address, rates, features, or flyer text.

Adding a location

Users with location management permissions see an Add Location button in the top-right corner. Click it to create a new parking location. If no locations exist yet, the page shows a prompt to add your first one.

Deleting a location

Account owners can delete a location from its detail page. Open a location by clicking View Details, then click Delete in the top-right corner. Type Yes in the confirmation field and click Delete to confirm. This permanently removes the location and all visitor registrations associated with it.

Printing a parking flyer

Each location has a printable registration flyer with a QR code visitors can scan to register their vehicle. To print it:
  1. Open a location by clicking View Details.
  2. Scroll to the Parking Registration Flyer section.
  3. Click Print Preview to open the print dialog.
The flyer includes the location name, address, registration instructions, and a QR code.
