Go to the login page and click Forgot password. You’ll receive a reset
link at your registered email address.

Yes. Account owners and admins can invite team members under Settings > Team Management. See Settings for role details.

ParkSig uses a subscription model billed monthly or annually. See your plan details under Settings > Billing & Invoices.
Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing & Invoices. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

ParkSig accepts all major credit cards. Payment is processed securely through
Stripe.

Go to Settings > Billing & Invoices and click Manage Billing. This opens Stripe’s secure billing portal where you can update your payment method.

Yes. Go to Settings > Billing & Invoices and click Manage Billing to change your plan.
